Are you ready for something new? Our new program, "Great Lakes Scrip" is a fantastic way to raise money for DeMiguel, that doesn't cost you a penny. With this program, you purchase gift cards for any of the hundreds of incredible, nationwide businesses such as chain stores, restaurants, lodging and travel chains, grocery, gas station, and selected service providers that are available. You pay nothing more than face value. These will make marvelous gifts for friends, family, clients, etc., but they will also be convenient for self-usage. They are excellent to carry when you travel, and every purchase gives a commission to DeMiguel! For a complete list of vendors, go to www.glscrip.com. Orders will be placed approximately every two weeks, look for the flyers and bulletins to come home with your child, or you may call the office (773-4000) for the number of our current G.L. Scrip coordinator. With your help, this program can be a helpful and steady bonus income with HUGE success for our school.

For weather-related information regarding school closures or late starts, go to the District's School Schedule page. Please note: When a late start is called, school begins TWO HOURS later than normal. Dismissal times remain the same as always, even on Wednesdays, when students are dismissed at 1 p.m.

Current FUSD policy allows members of the school community to post information and notices which may be of interest to others, in the display rack located inside our building. FUSD neither sponsors nor endorses any such activities, offers, or information so-provided. Neither does it sponsor or endorse the individual, group, or organization placing the information. ALL written materials MUST be submitted for review and approval to the principal, PRIOR TO placement on the display rack.
